Wooden house in a meadow

In a small Burgundian village, come and rest in a peaceful haven. The House in Boi is in a meadow and offers an endless soothing view on the fields. It is possible to put tents for children or additional adults... The village is accessible by Nuits train station under Ravières (2 hours 15 minutes from Paris Bercy) or 40 minutes from the A6 (Nitry exit) Close to Noyers sur sererein, Semur-en-Auxois, Montbard, Flavigny sur Ozerain, Tonnerre, Avallon, and Chablisien. The space The accommodation and its furniture are all made of wood, handmade! The house is really very nice and offers a relaxing view on the meadow thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace. On the latter, an outdoor bathtub can be used. It is on the terrace without any overlook (except maybe a deer)... it's up to you to adjust the desired temperature because the hot water could be useful in the cool season! The surrounding fields are alfalfa, sunflowers, soybeans and organic wheat. A conservatory orchard of 15 fruit trees just planted. The bathroom is bright and comfortable with towels available. A kitchen is open to the dining area with all of the amenities needed. In this living area, a wood stove will decorate your winter evenings. A bedroom is located after the living room. It is closed by a curtain. Its king bed is very comfortable... The bed linen is also provided, the bed prepared. Access by the dining room with a spiral staircase to a small attic room, ideal for children from 5 years old (stairs). Be careful, it's not a 'real' room, it's attic, you can't stand. Since the wooden house is like our self-contained energy farm, it is not possible to consume too much energy at the same time . For example, charging an electric car is not possible but there is a terminal 2 km away. Sunsets guaranteed by sipping a good Burgundy cremant! The house is located in a huge meadow, it is possible to put tents, caravans, camper on request. Advantages of wild camping while enjoying the comfort of the wooden house in order to have an ideal stay. Pricing: ask me.
