In a small Burgundian village, come and relax in a peaceful oasis. The wooden house is in a meadow and offers a soothing, endless view of the fields. It is possible to set up additional tents for children or adults... The village is accessible via Nuits sous Ravières train station (2 hours 15 minutes from Paris Bercy) or 40 minutes from the A6 (Nitry exit) Close to Noyers-sur-Serein, Semur-en-Auxois, Montbard, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Tonnerre, Avallon, and the Chablis region. The space The accommodation and its furniture are made entirely of wood, handcrafted with care. Here, we come above all to unwind. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the house offers a real return to your roots, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As far as the eye can see, the horizon opens onto meadows and organic crops. Birdsong replaces the noise of the city, and the sunsets are a spectacle you never get tired of every evening. Thanks to its large bay windows and terrace, the house is bathed in light and offers a soothing view of the meadow. On the terrace, with no one opposite you (except perhaps a deer...), you can enjoy an outdoor bathtub supplied with fresh water, ideal for cooling off in the summer while admiring the landscape. The surrounding fields are cultivated organically: alfalfa, sunflowers, soybeans, and wheat. The bathroom is bright and comfortable, with towels provided. The kitchen, open to the dining area, has all the necessary amenities to cook with ease. In the living room, a wood-burning stove will pleasantly warm up your winter evenings. For summer days, the house is equipped with three fans. A bedroom is located after the living room, separated by a curtain. It has a particularly comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). Bedding is provided and the bed is made before your arrival. In the living room, a one-and-a-half-place sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. From the dining room, a spiral staircase leads to a small attic bedroom. This room is more suitable for children from 5 years old (staircase), or for two people who are willing to accept a very unusual space. A heads up: this is not a real bedroom. The ceiling height is very low and it is impossible to stand there. The wooden house, like our farm, is energy self-sufficient. We therefore ask our guests to consume reasonably. For example, it is not possible to charge an electric vehicle on-site. A charging station is available just 2 km away. Guaranteed sunsets while sipping a fine Crémant de Bourgogne! As the house is located in the middle of a huge meadow, it is also possible, upon request, to set up tents, a trailer, or a motorhome. This way, you enjoy the advantages of camping in the heart of nature while benefiting from the comfort of the wooden house. Pricing: Contact us. Things to know There is no TV or Wi-Fi. It is a deliberate choice to promote disconnection, calm, and a return to the essentials. On the other hand, the telephone network is excellent if you need to stay reachable. This house is not suitable for workers traveling for temporary construction projects: its spirit is above all that of a place for relaxation and rejuvenation. We live on the farm, right next door. We are of course available if you need anything during your stay. Cleaning: We ask guests to clean before they leave. If you prefer not to take care of it, a flat fee of €50 will be requested.
