Welcome to our brand new, bright and airy apartment perfect for a family or friend group of 4! The apartment is located in the Ocean View area. The location offers easy access to the C34 highway, 400 m to the nearest shopping center, and a 5 min drive to the beach. The space This accommodation offers a spacious open plan living, dining room and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a smart TV allowing access to online streaming services (Netflix, Prime, YouTube). The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer combo, stove, oven, and microwave. All the required utensils, cutlery, and cookware is made available. The dining table is perfect to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The first bedroom offers a lovely comfortable Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms also offer sufficient closet space. The bathroom has a built in shower, toilet, and basin. Towels are replaced regularly during your stay. The private garden area has a spacious lawn to enjoy the sun and work on a Namibian tan, for children to play in, or for simply taking a break and having a Barbecue after a long day of adventure. The patio set and grill are right in front of the apartment, providing easy access to the kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment at the rear of the premises. On a nice sunny day enjoy the private garden area with access to a barbeque and patio set. Parking on the premises is free and with prior arrangement access to the garage is possible. We offer household services upon request (washing and tumble drying). We do not offer direct access to the laundry area to our guests anymore due to past experiences. Other things to note The apartment is a self catering unit, extra cleaning services can be arranged, directly with Sudine (host on the property) or with a quick message on Airbnb with Joseph. For longer stays this is mandatory (at least once every 10-12 days).
