The living room is spacious and inviting with 10 foot ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. The living room has a sofa sleeper which is great for two additional guests. It has two comfortable high back lounge chairs to stretch out and relax and make yourself at home. We provide a 55" Smart TV where you can log into your favorite sports and movies. There is a high top table with four stools which allows a nice place for you to sip coffee and watch the news or set up your computer for a convenient work station. The new kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans and a Keurig coffee maker along with cream and sugar. Help yourself to drinks and snacks. Our bathroom is spacious and bright and has an antique feel with a claw foot tub set up as shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for our guests and plenty of towels for your stay. The bedroom feature a queen bed with plenty of pillows and wonderful comforters and a dresser for those who like to settle in. There is a back door that leads to a super cozy patio set up with a high top table and stools. Use the street facing entrance to the house and once inside your private apartment will be the second door on the right. Parking is in the rear of the building and there are two spots reserved for Unit B during your stay. Additional parking is available on adjacent streets, but there is no street-side parking.
