We are located just 25/30 minutes from beautiful Pensacola Beach, 20 minutes from Pensacola, and 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Milton. We offer kayaks, paddle boards, and more. This three bedroom two bath house is just the perfect size for your bayfront getaway. We have a key pad entry way so you can come and go as you please. The closest grocery store is about 20 mins away so plan accordingly. There is a dollar general just down the road if need be. With this listing you have the entire home to yourself, but if something should need attention or you have any questions we are only a call away and can come to house if need be. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for sitting by the dock of the bay, bird watching, laying in the hammocks, reading a book, paddle boarding, Kayaking, Our home is just that, a home away from your home. It will capture you with all the nature and solitude around. Large yard to play in, boat launch is very close by to bring the boat. Our home is located on a private dirt road. We think it adds to the country charm of the area. With that being said, dirt roads are messy and can get pot holes. Drive accordingly. It is a one lane drive so if some one else is coming then just pull over and make room easy peasy. Lots of parking at the house. We have deep water at the end of our dock!
