This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. The space There is also a fenced-in dog park. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.   The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer. Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone. Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program. In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park. Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays. Whether you’re heading south to Boston, north for a White Mountains getaway, or out east to the beautiful Atlantic coast, you’ll fall in love with Manchester’s historic charm, convenient location, and everything else it has to offer Known as the “Queen City,” Manchester is New Hampshire’s largest urban center, and features all the perks you’d expect. Partake in its rich art scene by spending an afternoon at the Currier Museum, touring Frank Lloyd Wright’s Zimmerman and Kalil houses, or catching a show at the historic Palace Theatre. More of a sportsperson? Check out a double-A baseball game at Fisher Cats Stadium, or hit the slopes at McIntyre Ski Area in the winter. Please note to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we have security cameras in place in the following common areas: Building lobby , hallways, front and back of the building, parking lots. HOUSE RULES -No smoking allowed. -Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Starting in the summer of 2023, there will be a distillery and food truck in the North Parking lot. Additionally, we have a beautiful event space available for hosting sales kick-offs or weddings, and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnb units for larger events. If you're traveling with a pet, be sure to request one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor. In these units, you'll also have access to our fenced-in dog park. A maximum of two pets is allowed, dogs only. Interaction with guests You don’t need to talk to a human if you don’t want to! However, as the leasing manager and community creator of the Factory, I’m almost always available onsite if you do. I’m here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
