This beautiful, spacious apartment on 130m2 (incl. terrace) is located in the Walensee resort and characterized by its location directly on the lake and the wide view of the mountains. From this location you are just a few minutes walk from the Flumserberg gondola lift, 150m from the Unterterzen train station or right on the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still an insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism. The space In the apartment you will find a stylish, spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds, a large bedroom with 4 beds, a spacious bathroom with sauna and whirlpool for private use. A large terrace (25m2) with an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs, a deck chair and a sofa bed invites you to eat together or to lounge around on nice, warm days. A private basement compartment for sports equipment such as skis, snowboards, SUP, kayaks is also available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use in the basement. Guest access Apartment with private sauna, cellar, washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Travel cot and high chair are available and can be made available on request. Bed linen and towels (towel, bath towel), sauna towels are included and are provided. Check-in and out is via a key box. A lotus grill, charcoal and fuel paste can be provided upon request. There are fire pits on the resort grounds by the pool or on the beach. Shops in the Spar in the village, 10 minutes on foot. Coop, Migros and Denner are in Walenstadt about 7 minutes away by car or Landi/Aldi/Lidl in Flums about 10 minutes by car. The station of the Flumserberg gondola can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, the same for the Unterterzen train station. A covered carport is included. WiFi is included. Sports equipment can be rented at Intersport on the resort area (only open during the summer season) or at the Tannenboden valley station (open all year round).
