The apartment is located in Resita, in a central area within 1km of all public institutions of the city/county. It consists of one bedroom , a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony,a corridor and a private bathroom. Its arrangement has been designed in such a way as to provide you with a warm and friendly relaxation place where you can fully enjoy your holiday. All rooms have WIFI. In the living room you can enjoy reading a book, having a glass of wine or watching your favorite series on Netflix, as we provide you with a Smart TV that benefits from such a subscription. The kitchen is fully equipped and will provide any utensils you want to be able to prepare your meals. The renovation of the apartment was completed in March 2023. Guest access The one-room apartment (studio type) is located on the ground floor of a block provided with ramp and stairs. Other things to note Uninscribed parking lots on the side of the block are not paid, the parking lots in front of the block are free from 8am to 4:30 pm.
