Guests have exclusive access to their space, ensuring complete privacy with no interference from other guests or the host. 2. The property offers ample parking, both covered and uncovered, with CCTV surveillance for security. 3. One uncovered parking space is provided free of charge for a single vehicle. 4. Additional guests who were not booked in advance can be accommodated at the time of check-in, directly at the property. Other things to note .No Smoking inside the premises. Smoke detectors are installed for safety. Tampering with safety equipment is strictly prohibited. Valid ID proof of all guests including infants Birth certificate is mandatory and must be furnished before chcheckin. Non submission of above will debar guest from Checkin till above condition is fulfilled. Illegal weapons, narcotics, or drugs are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Any violation of the above guidelines may lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund. . Booking for someone else need to be mentioned and preinformed to host. Non information liable to denial of checkin. Sudden Failure of electricity,wifi , elevator and any of the electronic gadgets may take repair time of 06 to 48 hours. Though Host will try best efforts to revive the services with in his means but same will NOT be constituted as failure on part of Host incase beyond his means.
