Grace Sunset Suite-Just Off Scenic M22

This suite is in the top of our carriage house with a private entrance and drive. Guests will have the whole upper suite. We have a beautiful overlook at the end of our road (approximately 300 yards) where you can catch our amazing sunsets every night over Lake Michigan. Beach access is available just down the street where you can walk for miles, swim or rock hunt. If you are planning a beach day, set up for the day directly in front of the stairs, since there are property owners on either side. The space You will have the privacy of the whole suite with a rear, private entrance and private parking area. There is a great bar area to eat, outdoor sitting area, full kitchen, living room with 50” smart TV, queen bed and two couches which are sleepers too. Guests will have a propane grill to use on the entry deck. Bathroom area has a shower, sink, and toilet. Guest access Guests are not allowed in the lower portion of the suite but have full access to the top suite. Other things to note This is a new property listing for us for 2021 but we are continued super hosts with our cottage (just a few miles way by Lower Herring Lake) which we have been renting for seven years so we know how to make your stay comfortable! Water and trails are everywhere if you are outdoor lovers. You'll see some of the best sunsets of your life at Lake Michigan!! Frankfort has a great pier, boardwalks along the beach, volleyball courts, many parks, mineral springs, Stormcloud Brewery, skatepark, Crystal Gardens & Rock Shop, an art studio, The Garden Theatre, Betsie Valley Trail, and many fun shops and amazing restaurants. We are about a 40 minute drive on M22 from Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore which shouldn't be missed and about 20 minutes from Cherrybowl Drivein which offers 2 movies nightly in Honor all summer at dusk. It is also located 24 miles down scenic M22 from The Little River Casino. We have WiFi and it works great so you won’t miss a beat!
