Cozy apartment in a listed building in a central location. Our beautiful apartment is located in a listed and fully renovated old building with 4 residential units. The apartment has a cozy sitting area on the property with a barbecue. You are also welcome to take advantage of the opportunity to linger at our pond. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Internet via Wi-Fi is at your disposal The space available free of charge. Storage facilities for bicycles and a free parking space on the street in front of the house are provided. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and a large wardrobe (crib if needed). Bedroom 2 with two single beds, wardrobes, dresser, small table and 2 armchairs, cot if necessary. Living room: sofa which can be pulled out if necessary and offers another sleeping option, large TV cabinet, digital radio. Bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and hair dryer. Towels and linens are included. And if you have forgotten one or two things, such as a toothbrush or shower gel, this is also provided. Daily bread service is available on request. The apartment is located in the mountain town of Ehrenfriedersdorf, in a quiet yet central location. All things for the daily needs, e.g. shopping, ATM, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes on foot. Our apartment is the starting point for countless leisure and excursion options, including the Waldgeisterweg [forest spirit trail] that leads through the Greifensteinwald to the natural stage, the climbing park and the Stauweiher [dam pond] in Geyer. Ideal for active hikers or cyclists but also for people who want to enjoy peace and quiet and simply enjoy nature. About 35 km away is the spa and winter sports town of Oberwiesenthal, which can be reached both by car and by nearby public transport. The secret capital of the Erzgebirge is Annaberg-Buchholz, which is only about 10 km away and also offers numerous sights such as the Annenkirche. The next largest city is Chemnitz, which will be the capital of culture in 2025. It is only about 13 km away and easy to reach by public transport. Seiffen, Prague and Dresden are each 1 to 2 hours away by car.
