This two story townhome is a perfect getaway for any couple or family. It’s furnished with both modern and Florida-friendly touches. Being centrally located only 8 miles from Downtown Disney and about 12 miles to Universal Studios, this townhome is perfect to do as much or little as you’d like. Make sure you stop by reception for list of daily activities such poolside bingo. Check in is 3PM at the townhome. No need to go to the front desk. Check out is 11AM. Please No Smoking. Thank you The space This a home away from home. The downstairs is a perfect place to hang out on the sofa or outside on the patio. Upstairs is quiet for sleeping and enjoying a hot soak in the bath. There is also free resort WiFi . The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Dishwasher Fridge Stove Microwave Coffee maker Toaster Blender Pots and pans Tableware First Aid Kit Enjoy dining inside or outside in the private screened patio with seating for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There's even a grill a few feet from the townhome. The living room comes with TV, cable and a full size pull out couch for your convenience. Upstairs there are two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms. The first floor bathroom has a shower and the second floor bathroom comes with a shower bathtub. There's a washer and dryer on the second floor. In special cases we will provide laundry service. There’s a $100 resort fee charged after booking. Lastly, there's plenty of FREE parking with electric vehicle charging! Guest access NOTE: Waterpark will be closed January 5 through February 5, 2026 for maintenance. The second swimming pool and jacuzzi will be open. Included in your stay there's access to lots of amenities including water park and transportation to the theme parks for a nominal charge of $5.35 per person round trip. Customers get free shipping on orders over $35. Shipping costs for deliveries less than $35 are usually $7 per order. There are Aldi, Publix, Walmart food stores near by. There is a $100 resort fee for all amenities.
