Enjoy the beauty of Montgomery, Vermont while staying in a very spacious 1-bedroom apartment that is attached to an 1880s farmhouse with a large backyard, garden and and orchard. The apartment is a 15-20 minute drive to Jay Peak Resort and a 3 minute drive to a grocery store and restaurants. It is walking distance from the Hutchins covered bridge and there is private access to the river. Excellent walking for your dog(s)! The space Renovated in 2021, the apartment features a fully-stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. You will also find a blender, electric mixer, crockpot, toaster and coffee maker. The living room has two over-sized sofas to comfortably seat 6 people while you watch your favorite television shows on the 60 inch Smart television. There are also two chairs that convert into twin beds. You will sleep soundly in the bedroom that features a memory foam King-sized bed, 3 closets, a 50-inch Smart television, an antique dresser and a reading nook with a chair that converts into a twin bed. The completely renovated bathroom has a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. An additional 2 convertible chairs are located in the entryway landing. The apartment is ideal for a group of 2 to 4 people although 6 beds are provided and it can sleep up to sleep up to 7. The apartment is kid-friendly with Legos and Lego table, a dollhouse with dolls and furniture and books for kids of all ages stored in the closet. Additionally there are several board and card games for children. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, the backyard, garden and orchard. You will also have access to a shared laundry in the basement as well as a shared selection of board games, puzzles and books. Other things to note The apartment has access to a shared washer and dryer in the finished basement with detergent provided. **This is A Pet Friendly Property! Please add your fur family to the reservation. We do have a pet fee however it is nominal compared to boarding options you may encounter. If we discover that your fur family came and is not on the reservation, there will be an additional charge of 50% more than original pet fee. This is in effect because our cleaning crew comes prepared for the reservation and does not pack their kits for animal stays if they are not on the reservation, creating extra time and travel to get the unit ready for the next guest.
