We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, especially at: - Empty and clean household appliances (coffee maker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, washing machine) - Clean toilet. - garbage cans, to be dropped off at collection points. -Exterior furniture (tables, clean chairs) -no butts. Products will be available. Non-smoking house. No parties, respect for the neighborhood. Possibility of passage 2/3x per week to check the condition of the heatwave pool, outdoor access and swimming pool room. If the scheduled arrival times are not respected, the concierge will receive you according to the times that may still be available. Physical check-in and checkout only. For any departure before 7:00 a.m., a charge of €30 will be applied. 2. HOUSE LINEN: To avoid cluttering your luggage, bed linen is provided and the beds will be prepared. The space is equipped with duvets and pillows. Bath towels are included in the rental price. 3. CLEANING: Our teams will ensure that every room is meticulously disinfected before any new check-in.
