Designer Gallery Penthouse - a private retreat

A quiet and peaceful space, GroundWork's Penthouse is situated above a contemporary art gallery in the centre of historic King's Lynn, overlooking the quayside and the glorious 17th Century Custom House, and close to the high street. The studio is is designed for comfort, style, and sustainability, featuring work by local and international designers. It's perfectly located for river, shops, restaurants, and sights, plus there are great transport links to the nearby towns and coast. The space The apartment is self-contained with its own front-door, It is open-plan with two inter-connecting large spaces. One for cooking-dining, which overlooks the quayside and one for sleeping-living which overlooks the Custom House. It is filled with light from 4 windows. There is a private en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of the gallery building reached by 3 flights of stairs. There is also a first floor balcony for guests to use outside opening hours. We can offer additional sleeping space (sofa beds) on this floor too. Other things to note Note - the apartment is accessed by 3 flights of stairs (no lift). It is a perfect retreat for self-isolation.
