Located just an hour's drive from Delhi NCR, our holiday home offers an escape from the chaos of city life. BrookVale Manor can host upto 21 guests for overnight stays. The space BEDROOMS – There are 7 bedrooms, four on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All the bedrooms have Kings-sized beds and have amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, an extra foldable bed, and a wardrobe along with an additional seating area to ensure a comfortable stay. BATHROOMS - There are 7 ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING & DINING ROOM - The living room is set on the ground floor and can easily seat up to 9 people. It offers a 44-inch TV, is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. There is also a dining space with a 12-seater dining table. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Cooking of vegetarian food is allowed & non-vegetarian consumption is allowed if guests choose to order meals from nearby eateries. POOL & DECK AREA – The pool is is 15x15 ft. in size with a 5 ft. depth with a quaint deck area next to it. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and shower before entering. Children should be supervised while in an around the pool. And please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. LAWN & STREAM - This villa is set up under the shade of a canopy of immense greenery and a quaint lawn. There is a stream that runs through the home, with a bridge over it. ENTERTAINMENT AREA - There is an entertainment area on the first floor with ample seating space. It is equipped with a drum set, TT table, indoor games, and a balcony. It can be used for events, parties or soirees or team-building activities for your corporate off-sites PETS - Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to protect other guests from allergies. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. However, catering can be arranged upon request. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be lit at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. - The washing machine can be accessed at no additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
