Escape to this unique getaway and enjoy views of Bass Lake and a small pond that surrounds the property. This modern cabin sits up high on a hill and overlooks the water. Surrounded by nature, you will get a true sense of serenity. Inside, the space comfortably sleeps 3 with one private queen bedroom and a daybed in the main area. We have a firepit, chairs, and a BBQ grill for guest use. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space There are two cabins on the property - well appointed and private. The main kitchen/living area has large windows, offering plenty of natural light. Enjoy the sunrise and coffee on the patio, or a fire down by the pond. We keep firewood stocked for guest use. There is space for game night or a meal in the cozy built -in breakfast nook. The cabin offers a full kitchen and bathroom space as well. This BRAND new 320 square ft. modern cabin uses every inch efficiently, and was solely built with short term rental experiences in mind. This cabin sits adjacent from its twin cabin but is set back a little farther to give you privacy from the other guests while enjoying your time on the patio. (**NOTE** we have a quiet long term renter in the next-door cabin for the winter.) FAQ'S to note: 1. There are two cabins on the property. Inquire with me about booking together. Go to my profile and "view Jessica's other listings" 2. Each cabin has its own patio, chairs, and grill. 3. The fire pit area is shared between the two cabins. 4. We keep firewood stocked. 5. You cannot boat up to the cabin and tie your boat (there is a pond between the cabin and the lake) 6. This is not a sandy, swimmable beach. It is more like a nature sanctuary with views of water and wildlife. 7. There is room to park your boat in the parking lot and plenty of lakes to explore in the area. 8. The pond and the lake are NOT directly connected. 9. We have a tiny bathroom. Please consider this before booking if you have troubles navigating small spaces. Guest access The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful. You may run into a few neighbors on the road, but establishments are very spaced out. Each cabin has 2 parking spots.
