Guest access Entire Home Other things to note From the 1st Sunday in June to the 1st Sunday in September, yearly, this house is Sunday to Sunday only. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. All guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and a liability waiver for each stay. We will need a good email address and phone number. Both documents sent through DocuSign and signed by the lead guest (the person that makes the booking through the platform). Along with the Rental Agreement, the guest will also be sent a list of Check-Out procedures, and access to our handy app for house information, area information, and good things to know.
