Come and relax in a tranquil setting at Lake Rotoiti, Rotorua. This two-storied house has a large spacious deck, with lake views and comfortably accommodates 2 families or 3 couples. Only meters to the boat ramp. Open plan lounge and dining. Plenty of living space and parking for everyone! Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, oven. Kayaks (one fishing) are available for your use. Fibre internet available This is also a lovely winter retreat with a log fire. The space We do not supply linen (NO sheets or Towels) unless it is specifically requested. We supply duvets, pillows, blankets, teatowels. This is twenty minutes drive out of Rotorua city in a small residential area. There is no public transport so you will need a car. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over a bath(and a separate toilet) as well as a shower and toilet downstairs, and a front loader and dryer Guest access Plenty of parking space in the fenced section. Room for several vehicle or boat trailers. The Section has a fence and gates to prevent access to the road but there is access through a fence to the neighbour's property so the section is not FULLY fenced. Books and board games are available. Playground & Reserve 200m away Safe swimming bay. BBQ available All upstairs Queen beds have electric blankets. 2 small sit-on Kayaks & 2 larger kayaks are available to use. some lifejackets are available but we recommend you bring your own lifejackets as we cannot guarentee your size is available. We fish successfully from a kayak but you will need a fishing licence. Other things to note Tea and coffee, toilet paper and hand soap, dishwasher powder and dish washing liquid, washing powder are also provided. There are six single beds downstairs Wifi fibre connection available Safety gates are available in the understairs cupboard for internal and external stairs. A Porta-cot and highchair are available.
