The location on the outskirts of the city is a good starting point to explore the city and surroundings by bike or public transport. Shopping stores & bus stops are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is therefore perfect for a weekend or even a long-term rental. The space On a spacious 51 sqm you will find everything you need for your stay. Equipped for 2-3 people, there is a 180 cm double bed, a sofa, a small dining table, a very well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. There is even enough space to set up an extra guest bed or a crib. Towels, linens & a base of consumables will be ready for you upon arrival. In the hallway, there is a chamber with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, cleaning utensils and everything else you need for a longer stay. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential and commercial building. You share the entrance area & hallway with two other units. The key for check-in is stored in a key safe near the front door. You will receive the current code by email some time in advance. Other things to note About 80-100 m away there is a small train station with through passenger trains and freight traffic. Most trains are very quiet and barely noticeable - some (possibly even at night) could be heard with the window open.
