Le Gîte de la Baisse

The Gite is one of the three houses that makes up the Domaine de La Baisse, articulated around a common courtyard. Recently restored, the Gite is a 120 square meter house located in our hamlet. The Gite benefits from access to an exceptional shared pool 22 meters long and 6 meters wide, with breathtaking views of the Beaujolais ridges and vineyards. The space The Gite is located in a quiet hamlet, in the heart of the vegetation between the ridges of Beaujolais and the vineyards. We renovated this piece of paradise for two years and look forward to letting you discover it. The Gîte de la Baisse opens its doors, be welcome! The Gite has a covered outdoor terrace of 70 square meters, with a table for taking meals in the shade and garden furniture. The house, completely renovated, is composed on the ground floor: - a 25 square meter living room with board games waiting for you, - and a 25 square meter kitchen/dining room. Kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob). Upstairs: - the Rosalie Room, equipped with a 140x190cm bed, and its bamboo decoration will allow you to admire the vines as far as the eye can see - the Marius Room and its marinated decoration, is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, Chambre Rosalie and Chambre Marius share bathroom with shower, and have an independent toilet. The family area is composed of: - The Chambre Gigogne, equipped with two beds of 90 x 190 cm. This through room is modular according to your needs (single beds for children, beds attached to be one). - Room Musset, equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed, overlooking the vines. Bedroom Gigogne and Chambre Musset share bathroom with shower and toilet. Beds will be ready upon arrival. The centre of the village is a 10-minute walk away. A shopping mall is 15 minutes away by car. Your vacation: In addition to enjoying the house, relaxing in the countryside, and resting by the pool, you can discover Beaujolais, the banks of the Saône. Our area is full of discoveries and activities for the whole family. You can alternate all kinds of cultural activities, sports (mountain biking, running, etc.), outings, discovery of vineyards. No pets or smoking inside the house. Ipsy, our ten-year-old Queen Labrador, may come and ask for taste buds, between two naps. Guest access Guests enjoy access to an exceptional shared pool 22 meters long by 6 meters wide. The pool is shared between the Gite de la Baisse, the Grange de la Baisse and our family home. The pool is at your disposal from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The pool has deckchair, for rest and perfect your tan. Meals at the pool are not allowed for the comfort and tranquility of all. We are sure you will understand. Other things to note Baby equipment upon request. Having 4 small children, we can lend you equipment. We provide: - Bed linens - one towel per person, - bathroom mats - A kitchen towel - Dishwashing liquid and sponge - One bin liner - 2 rolls of toilet paper - 1 dishwasher tablet We do not provide: - Coffee, salt, pepper, oil, condiments - Body soap, shampoo - BBQ Charcoal - Pool towels
