Welcome to The House of James! Our private house is located in the area of cherry blossom street in Izukogen. With its spacious 180㎡, 4LDK design, and a large garden for a dedicated dog run, it’s the perfect destination for you and your furry friend to have a memorable and playful trip. The highlight of our house is the open-air hot spring bath, providing a truly relaxing experience. The space Additional Information: The spacious living room with its high ceiling and 70-inch big screen offers a perfect setting for entertainment. You can enjoy watching Prime Video, YouTube and etc. Additionally, you can indulge in a BBQ while basking in the serene atmosphere and admiring the beauty of the starry sky above. It’s a perfect way to unwind and create lasting memories. *HOUSE The house layout features 3SSLDK design, which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, reading room, dog room, a bath, and 2 toilets. Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen amenities, including the microwave, oven toaster, pots, gas stove, and fridge. Furthermore, there is a laundry machine with a dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. *BEDROOM There are 3 bedrooms in this house. Bedroom1: 1Queen bed Bedroom2: 3 single beds Japanese-style bedroom: 6 Japanese-style mattress(Futon) *Queen bed is for 2 people. *AMENITIES We provide the following amenities as standard:  Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities. *Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *Paid service BBQ — 1500yen/including BBQ equipment (Hours - 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM) We provide a charcoal BBQ grill so please bring your own charcoal and food for your BBQ, and if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc. . Credit card payment is the only acceptable method, and payment can be made using the laminated QR code located at the accommodation. *Pet fee ・There is no fee for up to 2 pets. An additional fee of 【4,000 yen/night per dog】will be charged for each extra pet. We will send you a payment request after your reservation is confirmed. ・If you have a giant breed, please contact us before making a reservation. *Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise. *Pet Supplies A large crate, toilet seat, litter bags, and wet wipes are provided. *Projector You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Guest access There are no restricted areas within the premises for you and your pets. Other things to note ++NOTE++ *Available check-in time Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. *About changing the number of guests We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. *About noises The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++SHOPPING++ There is a grocery store located approximately 10 minutes away by car. We kindly recommend that you purchase any necessary items prior to your check-in. ++PROJECTOR&TV++ We provide Amazon Prime, Netflix, and other streaming services on the projector. For terrestrial digital broadcasting, you can watch it on TV. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++Parking++ There are 6 parking spaces available. ++BBQ++ To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please note that BBQs are not allowed when it is raining, as there is no extended roof at the accommodation. There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill for your entire stay. To make the payment, you can conveniently use your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. ++Sparklers&fireworks++ Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property. If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
