Do not put/throw any garbage outside the unit , leave them in the unit and we will clean it when you check out otherwise RM300 will be charged. 3. Also do not leave your shoes outside the unit . 4. NO parties are allow in the property such as drugs/alcohol . 5. NO smoking are allow in the property , otherwise RM200 will be charge 6. RM300 will be charge if access key / card lost . Most importantly ; ( Swimming pool rules ) 1. ONLY swimsuits are allow to swim in the Residence's swimming pool , or else you will not be allow to enter . Thank you :) Check-ins after 1:00 AM are considered off-hours, and we will not be able to respond to any messages or provide assistance during this time.
