This 160 m², pet-friendly holiday apartment number 1 features five-meter-high ceilings, elegant parquet flooring with underfloor heating, bright, airy rooms, and direct access to the enclosed garden. Highlight: A covered, year-round heated hot tub for 5 people is available 24/7 free of charge. Perfect for holidays, family celebrations, weddings, birthdays, or bachelor/bachelorette parties (please inquire in advance). Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, high-quality Teufel sound system, as well as nearby snack and drink vending machines. Towels and freshly laundered bed linen are included. Please note: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are welcome at €25 per night. For events, a security deposit of €300 applies. Also located in the immediate vicinity of our apartment are two outdoor padel courts operated by Vulkan Padel. Paid bookings can be made directly via Playtomic. The Wihrpoolarea´s are not in the range from the cameras. Guest access Dear guests, Free parking is available directly in front of the house and next to the sports field. Additional public parking for cars, motorcycles, buses/vans, and trucks can be found 30–50 meters from the train station. The apartment is contactless and accessible via the electronic NUKI lock system. You will receive your personal access code one day before arrival. Check-in is available daily from 3:00 PM, 24/7, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.
