This beautiful bungalow was renovated & completely styled in 2023 and is an ideal accommodation for anyone who wants to get away from it all for a few days. The bungalow is located together with a number of identical cottages on a dead-end road, on a small-scale park De Kastanjehof. The space The modern furnished holiday home consists of a ground floor and a basement. The ground floor consists of a large living room and kitchen. Both the kitchen and the living room have French doors to a private terrace and garden. From sunrise to sunset, you can sit here in the sun. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (4 gas burners) with extractor, microwave/oven, spacious storage cabinets, dishwasher and refrigerator. The large windows and terrace are on the south side, so there is a lot of light throughout the day. From the kitchen there is access to the hall with toilet. In the living room, there are the (fixed)stairs to the basement. Heating is partly by underfloor heating and partly by air conditioning (heating & cooling). Downstairs in the basement there are two bedrooms (identical to size) and there are a total of 4 single beds. The bathroom is also in the basement and has a spacious walk-in shower and washbasin (no toilet). For stays longer than 4 nights, the garage is open for any storage of bicycles and use of the washing machine. Guest access The entire bungalow is accessible, with the exception of the attached garage. The garage is open for use for stays longer than 4 nights.
