The space This brand new 1200 sq. ft. guest apartment has its own private entrance and outdoor patio, with an outdoor eating area. There is a well lit path to the entrance with no stairs. There is a wide entry door for easy entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and eating area. The living room has four reclining seats and a large screen TV. There is fast Wifi with a speed of 200Mb. Each of the two bedrooms has its own TV. The king size bedroom also has a sofa that can convert to a full size bed, allowing space to sleep 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer. The outdoor patio provides a beautiful view of the mountains. Guest access The guest apartment has its own entrance with a lock code along side the main house. There is plenty of parking in the circular driveway to accommodate for guests.
