Very clean . 3 min walk to the U district Light Rail station, 12 min walk to UW, 5-8 min drive to Children Hospital, downtown Seattle, Portage Bay, Lake Union and Eastlake. Easy bus to Amazon or Microsoft. The space Rare found in the center of U District! Furnished two bedrooms apartment building only a 5 minute walk away from the University of Washington. *WiFi provided * A queen bed in the large bedroom and a twin size bed in the small bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. * Two private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. *All of the windows are double pane new windows. *Only a few steps to this unit, NO long stairway to haul your luggage, it is easy for you to check in & out. Others are bed sheets, pillows and blanket desk and chair, bookcase, dining table and chairs pots and pans, towels. Guest access off street parking $15 per day (compared with $25 per day in the nearby public parking lot) or $190 (and $210 in summer months) per month parking in our own lot if there is a available space (please inquire in advance)on site laundry room, wifi, polite managers and all of the excitement and convenience in U District. The building has CCTV surveillance in public areas. Other things to note Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. 1) Just a few steps to climb no elevator. 2) The building has CCTV surveillance in public areas. 3) Please reserve as the exact# of guests will come. The base rent is very reasonable compared to the hotel room nearby. We keep the rate low for single traveler but need to charge extra for the extra guests. If a guest only comes partial of the trip, please let us know, we only charge for the nights of the guest stay at a daily rate $20. 4) Absolutely no smoking, smoking must be 25 feet away from the building property, if cigarette smell is detected, we will keep the deposit. 5) Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. 6) Parking in our lot is $15 per day or $210 per month. First come first serve. Please inquire in advance for the availability. 7) It is next to 11th ave NE, you would hear car sound inevitably. But 11th ave is not a very busy street in U District. People lived here before never thought it is an issue. 8) The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. 9) Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. We would need to send cleaning people to clean once a month at your cost. 10) The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months to the maximum $250 additional cleaning fee (other than the initial cleaning fee paid to airbnb).
