Cross the seafront road and you are immediately on the shingle beach The flat is located four steps down and has a sunny patio at the front for your morning coffee and a larger patio at the rear for al fresco dining The flat has two double bedrooms . Main bedroom has a super king bed and en suite full bathroom The second bedroom has two single beds . An additional shower room is just opposite complete with toilet and wash basin The flat is centrally heated with instant hot water , has comfy sofas an electric fire and a dining table seating four with the kitchen directly off to one side The fully fitted kitchen has fridge / freezer, electric oven , gas hob , washing machine, microwave , and nespresso coffee machine Smart Television with Netflix , and full WI-FI available . The flat is furnished in true Air B and B style , it is home away from home , you will find everything you need for a relaxing break away . It's cosy and comfortable , not corporate and bland . The area is quiet with the vintage funicular cafe just a short stroll away , here you can enjoy a hot drink after a swim in the sea or a jog around the Lower Leas Country Park which has a fun wooden play park for children A new addition to the beach opposite the flat is the largest sea sauna and plunge pool in the country . You can relax in one of the tubs overlooking the sea after a refreshing sauna . Guest access The entire flat is available including the front and rear private patios The entrance is located four steps down from the pavement to the front door Other things to note A car is not necessary if you plan to stay in Folkestone , however I can offer a parking permit at a cost of £15 per 24 hours , this enables you to park outside the apartment The town and harbour beachfront distance are very easy walking distance Sandgate and Hythe are lovely little towns within a 20 minutes walk or cycle along the beachfront pathway
