The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Trebur-Geinsheim. The place is centrally located between the larger cities of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. Shopping and access to public transport are within walking distance, the restaurant, which we highly recommend, is about a 15-minute walk. Other things to note The 56 m² apartment is located in the basement of a detached house and is ideal for two people. Children could sleep in the bunk bed in the bedroom or a third person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has its own parking space for the car. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe from which you can directly enter the well-equipped kitchen. Here you can prepare smaller or larger meals as at home. A passage leads to the cozy and cheerfully furnished living and dining area. Here you can enjoy your food, relax, sit together or stream programs via the smart TV. Wi-Fi access is also included. The view from the kitchen and living room falls directly on the adjacent garden area that belongs to the apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (each with 90 x 200 cm lying surface). Bed linen is provided. The bathroom with a washing cabinet, toilet and shower is also adjacent to the hallway area. Hair dryer and towels are included. In the laundry room belonging to the house, a washing machine, dryer and ironing board are available. Pets can be brought upon request for an additional charge. Next to the house is a playground. From the apartment you can go directly to walks in the nearby nature reserve or across the fields.
