Lavy's house is located in Sestu, a metro town of Cagliari, in a strategic and convenient position to reach the center of Cagliari, Poetto beach, and the other beaches of South Sardinia such as Villasimius and Chia, as well as for the beautiful hinterland Sardo. It is also close to the Airport (8 km), the Policlinico hospital and the University of Cagliari (6 km). The space The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and two bedrooms (double and bedroom) and is located in a residential area;  it is on the 2nd floor of a small and quiet condominium with elevator, has a reserved internal parking and two verandas, of which the largest furnished where you can have breakfast, taste a tea or dine and make a small barbecue. Lavy's house is a cozy house with all the comforts, it has an air conditioner in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, 40"smart TV and wifi, as well as being equipped with dishes, cutlery and kitchen accessories, so that there is nothing missing even for medium/long stays.  It is suitable for families, as it is equipped with a crib, high chair, accessories on request as well as games to brighten the time of your small children.
