Location! Location!A gracious tree lined street in an historic downtown neighborhood. Walk to downtown attractions, Bullstreet district, Firefly games. A short drive to USC and Fort Jackson. Ample parking too! In an historic overlay neighborhood.Str-003171-07-2023 The space The private back yard has an enormous palm tree, seating and a fire pit. The spacious front porch offers comfy seating as well. The furnishing is eclectic with many original 1950s touches and turn of the century empire pieces which were in the home and have been restored. We have off street parking for 2 cars. The house is designed to be a whimsical retreat in historic Cottontown within walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shops, brew labs, and the minor league Fireflies baseball stadium. please note we are practicing NO Mow May in the rear of the lot to allow bees to enjoy the wildfowers. Guest access The neighborhood is very walkable, or bike friendly. If you choose not to drive ride share services are plentiful. The home is located within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, brew labs and the Bull street district which is home to the Fireflies, minor league baseball stadium. We have room for two vehicles to park in the drive and there is plenty of street parking. The Vista is a very vibrant shopping & dining destination just moments by car. We also suggest downtown Main street for dining, shopping and activities like bowling, top golf and the Museum of Art. Other things to note This small kitchen has been preserved to be an experience - step back in to the fifties! The stove is fully functional and so unique but not suited for making large or complicated meals. We do apologize, but we chose form over function in this area, it is not as simple as today’s appliances but that’s part of the whimsy of White Rabbit!
