The space You’ll have the entire house to yourselves – three floors with space and privacy for everyone: Ground floor: Bedroom 1 and Bathroom 1 (toilet, shower, washing machine), fully accessible 1st floor: Fully equipped kitchen, Bedroom 2, Bathroom 2 with a bathtub Top floor: Bedroom 3 with double bed, sofa bed (140x200 cm), TV and a play corner All beds are hotel-quality box spring beds for a great night’s sleep – even the sofa bed is sprung and comfortable. Ideal for families, friends or work trips. Guest access Check-in is via PIN code with clear instructions and photos. Self-check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; for later arrivals, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. A reserved parking spot in a garage (5 min walk) can be added for an extra fee. Other things to note Located right in the heart of Landshut’s historic old town, the apartment is an ideal base to explore the city on foot. Just around the corner you’ll find St. Martin’s Church with the world’s tallest brick tower, while Burg Trausnitz above the city offers beautiful views and a glimpse into Landshut’s history. The charming old town itself is full of well-preserved Gothic and Renaissance buildings, cafés and small shops. Landshut is also very family-friendly: walks along the Isar river, the Hof- and Herzoggarten near the castle, the Flutmulde recreational area and the Mühleninsel are all great for relaxed strolls, nature breaks and picnics. For food and drinks, you’ll find excellent breakfast spots and cafés nearby, as well as cozy restaurants in historic settings – all within easy walking distance. For a comfortable start, we provide a small starter set of consumables in the apartment. This includes soap & shampoo and toilet paper in the bathroom, as well as dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, and a dish towel in the kitchen. Towels and fresh bed linen are, of course, also provided — the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. In addition, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine and dryer are available.
