You have the entire house to yourselves with plenty of space, privacy and short walking distances to the Old Town. Layout & sleeping arrangements Ground floor – also suitable for reduced mobility. On the ground floor you’ll find a bedroom with a large king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom with shower, as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a comfortable sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) on this level – perfect for extra guests or as a separate retreat – as well as a PS5 with a selection of games. 1st floor – cooking, dining, spending time together. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you need to cook. The large dining table is perfect for family dinners, game nights and long conversations. Also on this floor: another bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed and the second bathroom with bathtub and a view of St. Martin’s Church. Top floor – cosy retreat with games area. On the top floor you’ll find the third bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed and another sofa bed (140x200 cm). There is also a TV and a small play area – ideal for kids and teenagers or relaxed evenings after a day in town. Family-friendly and great for longer stays The house is set up with families and groups in mind. You’ll find a baby cot (with linen), highchair, children’s tableware, kids’ books and toys. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap are provided and the beds are freshly made for your arrival. For everyday comfort there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes rack, storage in wardrobes and drawers, fans, fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. For cosy evenings you have a TV, a sound system, board games and a games console. If you are looking for a central home base where everyone has enough space, this house is a great choice. The neighbourhood The house is located right in Landshut’s historic Old Town and is the perfect starting point to explore the city on foot. Just around the corner is St. Martin’s Church with the world’s tallest brick tower, and high above the city sits Trausnitz Castle with impressive views and fascinating insights into the region’s history. The Old Town is known for its well-preserved Gothic and Renaissance buildings, small shops, cafés and restaurants. Breakfast spots, bakeries and restaurants in historic surroundings are all within easy walking distance. Families will also find plenty to do nearby. Walks along the river Isar, the Hofgarten and Herzoggarten, the Mühleninsel and the Flutmulde are perfect for a break in nature or a picnic. Getting around In everyday life you’ll get around most comfortably on foot – the main sights, cafés and restaurants are all close by in the Old Town area. A reserved parking space in an underground garage (about 5 minutes on foot) can be booked for an extra fee. Additional parking is available in public car parks in the area. Guest access Before arrival, a short check-in form must be completed. Check-in is then via PIN code with a photo guide. Self check-in is possible between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For later arrivals, please contact us in advance so we can arrange a solution. Other things to note Pets are welcome. Please make sure they stay off the beds. Parties and events are strictly not allowed. At weekends it can be livelier due to the bar opposite – the house is centrally located in the Old Town and better suited to guests who enjoy city life than those seeking absolute silence. There is no lift and no air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in the house.
