The space The apartment occupies the second floor of a building with no lift, for the exclusive use of guests. Access is by stairs, which is worth keeping in mind if you are travelling with reduced mobility or heavy luggage. Inside you will find two double bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and a living and dining room with a double sofa bed that can serve as an extra sleeping space. The games room is designed with younger guests in mind, though it also makes the perfect spot for a family board game afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and everything you need to cook for several days. The apartment also has three balconies and an outdoor terrace with direct mountain views, high-speed WiFi throughout, and free parking just a few metres from the building. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests — no areas are shared with other guests or with the owner. You have independent access via a key box, so you can arrive at whatever time suits you without any prior coordination. The terrace and three balconies are open spaces where you can enjoy your morning coffee with the mountains as a backdrop. They tend to be many guests' favourite spot throughout the stay. The games room is a separate space from the main living room, designed so that children have their own environment without disturbing the adults' rest. Other things to note On arrival you will find a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates waiting for you. A small touch to start your stay on a good note. The apartment is located in Boltaña, a quiet village in the Sobrarbe region. Out of respect for the neighbours, we ask guests to keep noise to a reasonable level after 10 pm. Free parking is available just a few metres from the apartment, no reservation needed, there is always a space. If you are travelling during the snow season, we recommend checking road conditions to the ski slopes before setting off. We are happy to point you in the right direction.
