The perfect getaway This modern villa, designed and originally constructed by a local architect for his family, is situated on a small private street, providing stunning views of the old village, valley, and mountains. Its location is conveniently close to the main cable car station, train station, shops, and restaurants. The villa features light and open spaces with an urban-styled ambiance, ensuring a comfortable and practical living experience. Let me guide you through the different levels of the property. On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance area, which includes a large ski cellar and a garderobe, as well as a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Direct access to the ground floor can be obtained from the covered double parking/carport area. On a seperate level in entrance area, a 40m2 comfotable studio is situated. The sudio consist of lounge with acess to private terasse , comfortable sofabed 140x200cm. As well as a small bar with coffee mashine( nespresso) and a frigde. A seperate bedalcove with a large 180x200cm bed, toilet and showerroom. This studio is ideal as a teenage or parents lounge / bedroom. Moving up to the main floor, you'll discover a spacious combined lounge, dining, and kitchen area. An open staircase leads to a separate level where you'll find the “master “”bedroom”. This room offers a large 180x200cm bed and direct access to a balcony. Overlooking the valley and mountains. On this private level you will also find a spacious bathroom, as well as a small bedroom or walk-in closet with a 140x200cm bed. Ideal for smaller kids. On the top floor, a mezzanin area serving as a home office and library, with access to a large balcony.
