A delightful flat in the heart of Malfa, with a spacious terrace overlooking the garden, from which you can see a glimpse of the sea with Panarea and Stromboli. Renovated in 2021, it combines Aeolian identity with comfort and attention to detail. The flat is part of a building divided into two parts. On request it is possible to rent the whole house, for a total of 6 beds. The house enjoys privacy and total tranquillity while being only a few steps away from the main street of Malfa. The space The apartment is part of a property divided into two parts, which communicate via a soundproof door (which will obviously be closed, unless you rent the whole house). Access is independent and both the apartment and the terrace are totally private. On request, it is also possible to rent the entire house, for 6 persons in total. On request, it is also possible to add an additional single bed. There is one bedroom with bathroom and a living room equipped with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The large private terrace overlooks the garden. From the terrace you can see a glimpse of the sea with Panarea and Stromboli in the background. The outdoor areas are elegantly furnished and equipped with a dining table, chairs, outdoor sofas and sun loungers. On your arrival the apartment will be ready with bed linen, towels and everything you need to make your holiday perfect. The weekly supply of towels and bed linen is included in the price and can be changed on request for a small extra charge. We also provide a cleaning and tidying service on request for an extra charge. Guest access The apartment overlooks a garden and has its own independent access. From the terrace and the garden you can see the sea with the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. There is also a direct view of the Fossa delle Felci mountain. The apartment has a private terrace. The garden is shared with other possible guests. Other things to note The house is located in a pedestrian area not accessible by cars. There are parking spaces for cars and scooters close by. Less than 100m from the house there is the main street and the square of Malfa with bars, restaurants, pharmacy, medical service, car/scooter rental, supermarket, church etc. From the room is possible to reach on foot the beach of Scario with a 10 minutes walk through the beautiful alleys of Malfa. It is possible to book boat excursions of Salina and to the other islands, including Stromboli at night to see the volcanic eruptions by sea. Other private excursions of Salina and the other islands are available, and I would be happy to help you getting contacts. From the port of Santa Marina Salina, it is 20 mins to reach Malfa. These are the following possibilities for arrival: - by taxi: the cost is € 25.00; - by public bus: you can consult the timetables on the website (trasportisalina). The ticket is issued on board by the driver. The island of Salina can be reached by hydrofoil (libertylines) from the ports of Messina, Milazzo, Palermo and Vibo Valentia. The shortest journey (1h30) is from Milazzo. It is also possible to travel by ship (carontetourist) and transport the car or scooter/motorbike from the ports of Milazzo and Naples.
