The accommodation is located directly on the well-known red wine hiking trail and thus offers an ideal space to relax after a successful hike or a long day of work. Heimersheim/Lohrsdorf train station is only 400 m away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The city of Bad Neuenahr charges a tourist tax of €2 per night. With these guest cards, my guests can travel by bus and train throughout the VRM area free of charge. The space The house is divided into 2 separately accessible apartments. On the ground floor is the studio (1 bedroom) for 2 people with private bathroom and storage space. The 2nd apartment (1 bedroom and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed) is larger and is located on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing south. Here you have a great idyllic view of the vineyards and a lot of sunlight to recharge your batteries. 4 people can sleep here. I recommend the house for 4 people. However, if you want to save money, you can rent the house for up to 6 people. Guest access On the day of arrival, I am available from approx. 3 pm on site or send the access code via the platform. The code cannot be transmitted by phone for security reasons. Please let us know the scheduled arrival time. Other things to note This listing includes the complete house when booking. The house is shared in 2 separately accessible apartments. The terrace is used by both apartments. Please use only one of the three parking spaces per booked apartment, if available. If an earlier check-in is desired, €15 extra will be charged. An earlier check-in is only possible on prior request and cannot be guaranteed.
