Newly built barn house in the middle of a wooded area, with extensive hiking and cycling routes, the house is centrally located between the cities of Tilburg and Breda and near the Belgian border. This place is a perfect base for visiting the Beekse Bergen, the Efteling or the cities of Breda or Tilburg. The house is full of comforts and is located on a spacious plot with lots of privacy and a private sauna. Within walking distance, a swimming pond and two fishing ponds can be reached. The space This house is suitable for 4 people. The house has an open kitchen with a cozy living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove and offers views over the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and a dishwasher, refrigerator and combination microwave are provided. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a large bunk bed. The bathroom is very luxuriously furnished and has a walk-in rain shower. There is 1 toilet in the house. The house is located on a spacious plot in a quiet area. There is a spacious terrace, with a BBQ and barrel sauna. Guest access The house is located on the outskirts of a spacious park. The park has a swimming pond, two fish ponds and children's playground equipment. These facilities may be used free of charge. One car may be parked at the house, and other cars can be parked free of charge in the parking lot of the park. The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away. The city center itself is about a 20-minute walk, and by car, the city center can be reached within 5 minutes. The village of Chaam has several supermarkets, drinking places and eateries. Public transportation for excursions is well arranged. Other things to note The house is furnished for 4 people, in consultation with the host, this can be extended to 6 people. Pets are possible in consultation. Linen (bedding and towels) are not included in the price. In consultation and at an additional cost of 5 EUR per person per stay, it is possible. These costs must be paid upon arrival.
