The Council will empty the bins on Thursday. 👉 We provide an initial supply of consumables such as shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and toilet paper for your convenience. Should you need additional quantities, we kindly ask that you purchase them from a nearby store. Thank you for your understanding. 👉 We arrange for a professional cleaning company to thoroughly clean the property before your check-in and after your check-out. If you require cleaning services during your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. 👉 Quiet hours: We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8AM. We understand that you may be here to have a good time, but we also want to respect our neighbors. 👉 No Party/Event: To provide all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the property is not suitable for parties, events, or any form of gathering that may cause disturbance to the neighborhood or damage to the property. 👉 Cleanliness: We appreciate your help in keeping the house reasonable clean. After using the kitchen and bathroom, please take a moment to clean up after yourself. 👉 Oven Cleaning: You can use Oven if you need, please take a moment to clean them thoroughly after you use them. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of $80 to $150 for each might apply. 👉 No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. 👉 Check-in: Our standard check-in time is after 3 PM. If you need to make arrangements for an earlier check-in, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 👉 Check-out Time: To ensure a smooth turnover of the property for incoming guests, check-out time is before 10 AM. If you need to make arrangements for a late check-out, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 👉 Registered guests only: Only the guests who were registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the house. 👉 Damages: Accidents can happen, but please let us know if you cause any damages or losses during your stay. We will communicate the cost for repair or replacement and deduct it from the security deposit if necessary. Our goal is not to claim extra money from you at all, but rather to make sure our home stays in great condition for future guests. By taking care of the property, both parties will be happy. 👉 Insurance: Your safety and health is important to us. We recommend that you have your own insurance coverage for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your stay. 👉 Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. 👉 Pet Policy: One well-behaved pet is welcome. Kindly inform us in advance and pay the additional pet fee. Guests must keep the pet under control, clean up after them and assume responsibility for any damage caused.
