Located at the beginning of a sleepy village Ayia Marina with direct and immediate access from the garden steps to a quiet sandy beach which stretches for miles. The sea is only 20 meters away on one side and spectacular mountain views on the other. The space There are very few houses in Cyprus with direct access to the beach and to the sea. Ours is one of them! So we hope that you will really enjoy this opportunity not only to have a sea view with incredible sunsets but also to step right from your veranda onto a soft sandy beach. It's great for families with kids who can watch them playing in the sand and in the sea from their shadowy veranda. Also highly recommended for couples seeking a quiet environment to enjoy the empty beaches together with the traditional village neighborhood. It's also ideal for those who want to have fun by themselves with beach parties (organised by themselves) every night! The veranda on the sea side is spacious enough for sunbathing and for relaxing at the table. It's just four steps to the sandy beach, virtually empty on both sides for kilometers. And it's only about 20 meters across the sand to the sea itself! At the front of the house there is a large area which is in shade in the afternoons where you can sit and admire the forest mountain views. Long walks on the empty beach, sunbathing with no one around, swimming any time of the day without prior planning, few steps to the house if you do not want to stay on the beach after swimming and picturesque sunsets every evening just for you! Guest access Our townhouse is a part of a block of 4. This house has its own separate driveway at the front and own garden at the back. There are also two upstairs bedroom verandas. There are no common areas shared with neighbors. So our guests have their privacy. Other things to note The townhouse in Agia Marina is our family’s favourite holiday home, where when available we very often use ourselves with great pleasure. Our three kids consider it their favourite because they do not need to ask the parents every time they want to go to the sea – it’s right in front of the house. We enjoy having breakfast on the veranda alongside the quiet blue sea, go for walks on the empty beach collecting beautiful stones and shells, swim in the warm water during sunset, walk in the evening along the village street admiring the houses and beautiful gardens. All this we are happy to share with our guests who very often come back to us and become our good friends.
