There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and attached small bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the optional full bed that pulls out from under the queen. The pull out full works best for kids as it is a bit firm and low to the ground. If pool cover is left on when not in use, the pool temperature will be a lot more comfortable. A 2024 dock with over 120' of canal serenity is available for guests to fish, lounge and dock rental boats. Other things to note The property does have an addition that includes a two car garage with apartment above. This apartment is often in use. It has a separate entrance on the far side of the property, and does not even share a wall with the main house. There is a new six foot tall privacy fence that separates the back yard and upper porch, so that guests of the apartment and house both have complete privacy. Guests of the apartment do not have use of the pool or lania.
