Our guest space is perfect for a couple or an individual wanting a peaceful location with all the essential amenities of a home and close proximity to Notre Dame (3 mi). A long driveway through the woods will lead you to our house, with the guest suite above the garage. The only shared space is the mudroom/laundry room entrance. A key lock box is on the door entering the private apartment. The space It is our pleasure to welcome guests again on occasional weekends! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a small tub/shower. It has nice, clean oak flooring, and plenty of natural light. The home is situated on 5 wooded acres with some trails our guests may venture on. We have a mini doodle that we let outside, but usually on a leash, and some chickens that sometimes roam the yard. Though the listing says two people max, we would consider another person, with an air mattress to sleep on. Or for a small child/infant we can provide a pack-n-play if requested.
