Sunset & Wine House is located in Makhinjauri and 10 minutes' drive away from Batumi, just 3 minutes' drive away from Batumi Central Station. The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property. Free parking is available. The room has a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, also air condentioner. There are balconies with the sea and mountain views and free WiFi access is available. The house was renovated in July 2019 - so everything is brand new! The space The place has a unique location with the sea and mountain views both available from the room! Cool summer breeze on the private balcony, a spectacular sunset imagery with lots of greens all around, a good company and a glass of wine is what some people call paradise and you'll see that this particular house is one of the best and cheapest options for such a simple pleasure that many people cannot afford! Guest access Guests will get a room with a private bathroom and a private balcony. A larger balcony is shared among other guests as well. Kitchen and laundry rooms are available for free upon request.
