Welcome to our Beach House in the Woods! Ocean Pines, MD is located just a few miles west of Ocean City, Maryland. Included is your parking pass for The Beach Club in Ocean City (49th St). Pool passes can be purchased for 6&8 dollars. OP amenities include 5 pools (1 indoor), crabbing piers, basketball courts, biking, hiking , golfing, skatepark, boating, fishing, along with restaurants, shopping, farmers markets. Sleeps 8 people comfortably Has a gas fire place and screened in porch, along with an open deck in the back for eating crabs, also has a small front porch. We supply the sheets, pillows, towels, blow dryers, and paper products. Guest have access to everything on the property, other than items in the owners closet. There is also a key for getting into the shed for boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, canopy tents for the beach, beach toys and crabbing nets, cafes and 3 adult bikes. There is a lockbox on the front door where you will find the front door key to the house. The passcode for the lockbox will be given to you 48 hours in advance. Deb is always available via the cell for calling or text, regarding questions with the property, at 703-919-9118. Very responsive to Guest needs. If you need immediate help on premises or lock yourself out, there are 2 local people in OP as back up contacts. In the summer season parking gets hard after 10. Assateague Island is 7 miles away that is a public park with horses roaming the beach, which you can also drive your vehicle on the beach and relax or fish. The town of Berlin is also close by with quaint antique stores and shops & theater. Ocean Downs is only 2 miles out of OP - Casino with constant entertainment. OP is a community with noise restrictions after 11:00pm. Please return the OP Beach Club Parking Pass when checking out to avoid replacement costs being taken from your security deposit.
