A paradisiacal place, in the midst of nature, with beautiful landscapes and a beautiful house, on top of the mountain, to appreciate, enjoy its charms and relax, with comfort and hospitality. Enjoy a swimming pool, sauna, waterfall, infinity swing; carp in the lake, a stunning sunset; a sky full of stars and a bright full moon. Fruit trees, flowers, birds and aromas: Araucaria, orange, coffee, jabuticaba, banana, raspberries, blackberries, figs; lavender, bromeliads - just looking! The space The property has 120,000 square meters. The house available for rent has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, reading room, TV room, laundry room and a balcony for a hammock. The master bedroom has 1 king-size double bed, and is combined with the TV room. The other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The house is equipped with a solar heating system and all faucets are supplied with hot water from a 400-liter water boiler that, for reasons of energy efficiency, is not connected to electricity to maintain the water temperature. In the absence of sunlight, the shower water is heated by electricity. Guest access Leisure Area - Shared. - Our leisure area consists of an 8m x 4m swimming pool with solar heating. In winter, the water temperature is between 25 and 28 degrees. In this area we have a Bungalow, Kiosk, Wet Sauna, and a bar-like space with a Refrigerator available to guests, but we do not provide drinks. This area also gives access to a stream of running water over a stone slab. IMPORTANT: For reasons of Safety and good Coexistence, in the Pool Area: - Barbecue is not allowed; - Use of speakers is not allowed; - Consumption of beverages in glass bottles is not allowed; - Near the rental house, we have a Deck with access to the Waterfall, ideal for Yoga practices and contemplation of nature, with the sound of falling water. A kiosk with benches and a table for socializing are available. - We have a small lake with carp, next to it an infinite swing is a raft-like swing, ideal for children and less radical adults. In this area there are stairs to access a small dam in a space surrounded by trees ideal for meditation. - We have an orchard with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Our guests will be able to consume fruits available in the season and organically grown vegetables.
