Mobile home (48 sqm) with terrace The space Our new mobile home with 48 m² of living space offers room for 1-4 persons. The open, cozy living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV invites you to linger and has direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. Freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker leave nothing to be desired. The mobile home has 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed. The small, fine bathroom with a toilet as well as with a shower, mirror and a window completes the overall picture. Look forward to relaxing vacation days in our new and authentic mobile home. Take a break from your everyday life and enjoy the charm, discover the unique values, the real and the unique. In the mobile home, you can relax, explore the surroundings and add a special touch to your vacation. The mobile home is the insider tip for every season. Attractions and excursion destinations such as Würzburg, Rothenburg and Bamberg can be reached in just 20 to 30 minutes, as can the Freizeit-Land Geiselwind, which is 14 km away. Our wine region offers numerous cycling and hiking routes, including the wonderful Wiesenbronn tour, as well as indoor swimming pools, wine festivals, wine tastings at the Demeter winery Dr. Hell, and experiences related to the grape harvest. Shopping facilities can be found in the village store with a bakery, butcher and post office, complemented by two cozy inns in the village. Please note that no pets are allowed. You can use the parking in front of the house free of charge. Guest access Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 6 pm. Departure is possible until 11 am. The key is handed over on site by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Baby cot and high chair available on site upon request. You can use the parking lot in front of the house free of charge.
