Cozy vacation home in historic Hofgasse

Our historic vacation home has been renovated in recent months and is ideal for 4 people. It is bright, friendly and quietly located, in a historic Mörbisch farm lane. Right in the center of Mörbisch. Our guests have their own bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes. The space The first floor (50 square meters) is equipped with an open kitchen/living room including dining area. There is also a living area with sofa and TV, as well as an additional toilet, a wardrobe, a separate bathroom with sink and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer, induction stove, stand-up oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. The property is equipped with air conditioning on the upper floor and central heating. On the upper floor (40 square meters) there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed 1.60 m with a chest and the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed 1.80 m, a desk, a luggage bench and a chest. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the upper floor. Other things to note Our vacation home in Hofgasse is centrally located, right in the center of the village. In the immediate vicinity you will find wine taverns, inns and restaurants, pastry shop, ice cream shops, butcher, bakery, supermarket, a bank and the tourist office.
