In the nicest and most touristic part of the town, you will find a lovely F2 apartment, LOFT industrial style entirely renovated! The apartment is located in a pedestrian street, close to all the shops and best restaurants in town. You also are at 5 minutes walking from a really nice beach! The apartment is located at 150 meters from Bonaparte House, at 200 meters from the city hall, at 200 meters from the Saint-François beach and at 350 meters from the Convention Center. The space Apartment industrial LOFT style of 40 m2, with a completely open space area, you will find a charming bedroom with a new bed (160*200) with a hotel mattress. The kitchen is opened on the living-room and fully equipped: oven, induction hobs, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. In the living room space , you will find a new sofa convertible in bed (110) and a big connected television (55 inches) and Wifi connection. You will also find 2 reversible air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. You will be able to set the temperature as you want, during summer or winter time so you feel as comfortable as you want! A nice decorative chimney is one more charming touch to this industrial Loft :) The apartment is at the last floor of the building (without an elevator but small floors) , you will stay in a quiet place, with a really comfortable bed, and be located in the city center of Ajaccio 😊 I just want to say that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access You will have access to the apartment with a code of a keybox that I will give you the day of your arrival. Other things to note Once you have booked my apartment and before your arrival, I will send you by mail 2 guides: one of the apartment so you can spend a nice, comfortable stay and one of the addresses I recommand in Ajaccio (restaurants, bars, etc.).
