The spacious house on 4 levels for a total of 150 m2 will delight you with its living and dining room crossing with TV and internet, its independent equipped kitchen (dishwasher - microwave - refrigerator - induction hobs - oven - range hood...), its 4 bedrooms including 3 equipped with a bed 160x 200 cm and one equipped with a 140x190 cm bed, a bathroom with separate toilet and toilet. A 100 m2 garden not overlooked, complete with a terrace, will allow you to enjoy evenings in the city center, away from any noise pollution. Possibility to park bikes or motorcycles in the garage.
