Close to all Orava tourist sites and yet in a quiet place in the embrace of the beautiful nature of Vysny Kubin! Come and enjoy the beautiful views and enjoy time with friends or family in our cottage, which is located 7 minutes by car from Dolný Kubín. This place, where everyone will find something for themselves, is located on a hill in the village of Vyšný Kubín in the direction of the village of Leštiny. Due to its higher position, it provides beautiful views of the Chočské vrchy, Vyšnokubínske skalky and the surrounding nature. The space You have the entire floor of a spacious building with a size of 180m2 and a terrace, which has an area of another 20m2 and is accessible from the spacious hall of our cottage. At the entrance to the spacious hallway equipped with practical wardrobe furniture, there is an entrance to the first bedroom, in which there is 1 double bed. On the right side, you will find a passage to the main part of the cottage, where you can see a large bright living room connected to the dining area, a children's corner and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a closed pantry next to the kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes everything you need, whether you want to cook something good or enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The children's corner is equipped with toys for all ages of children. You also have board games such as Twister, Človeče, nehnevaj sa, Párty alias or sedemové karty. In the living area, there is a large comfortable couch with a coffee table. Here you can relax while watching TV or playing games on Play station 4. There is also a fireplace in this section. From this room there is access to the terrace, where there is a grill, a table with chairs and a deck chair. When you go back, you will pass through a long corridor towards the exit, which will take you to the first bathroom connected to the toilet, which is equipped with a shower. Next to the bathroom, there is a second bedroom with one double bed, a single bed and a dresser. The third bedroom is also equipped. The fourth largest room is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, the lower part of which is 120 cm wide. This room has a separate access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If necessary, it is possible to add a baby bath and a step for the youngest visitors. Guest access Parking in front of the cottage is free on private property near the entrance and the capacity is 8 parking spaces. There is direct barrier-free access to the building from the parking lot. The cottage has 2 floors, but the first main floor is temporarily accessible. We plan to build a common room with a game room in the basement. The land around the cottage has an area of over 1000m2 and in other than winter months it is grassed. Other things to note Since Vyšný Kubín is only a few minutes from Dolný Kubín - the gateway to Orava, everything you need is available from here. In Dolný Kubín, there are supermarkets, clothing stores and, for culture lovers, galleries and museums. From our location, there is very good accessibility by car, including the whole of Orava and Liptov.
