To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you follow a few simple rules, such as not smoking indoors, respecting neighbors, and taking care of the property as if it were your own home. Additional details about the house rules will be provided during check-in. IMPORTANT INFORMATION. ➡️The voltage of the house is 110V, with only two (red outlets instead of 220V,) ➡️You will be receiving 1 set of keys to the main places in the house. Everything needs to be returned at check-out. ➡️The alarm control will be with the set of keys, one beep to arm, two beeps to disarm. The control panel is at the top of the garden. (I'll explain everything at check-in) ➡️ Bath towels must be brought. ➡️ We have a pillow in the house, but since it is a matter of personal taste, feel free to bring your own. ➡️The house has a TV with free-to-air channels. ➡️Do not charge cell phones on furniture or beds and never leave the property or sleep with the cell phone charging, thus avoiding accidents. ➡️Preserve the painting of the property, do not put feet or scribble on the walls. ➡️Be careful with the glass doors. ➡️ Do not tamper with the pool pump functions. What is allowed will be explained at check-in. (Keep the pool engine room closed at all times) ➡️Be careful when using furniture, utensils and electronic equipment. ➡️At night and during the day when you go out for walks, it is important to leave the barbecue awnings closed. ➡️Respect the number of people hired. ➡️Visitors are not allowed in the house without prior authorization. ➡️Respect the agreed check-out times, unless we have already discussed the possibility of flexibility in relevant cases. ➡️Leave the house clean and tidy. ➡️Failure to deliver the keys and/or remote control of the gate will generate a fine of R$150.00. 🔴 MAIN RULES ✳️Parties are prohibited. ✳️LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED.
