The space The apartment is ideal for couples or families up to a maximum of 4 people. Guests will have access to an equipped kitchen [fridge – freezer – gas stove - microwave, pots and accessories] and a total of 4 seats – television – washing machine – dishwasher and free WIFI. All spaces are at the exclusive disposal of our guests. The property is managed by Host Me Property Management on behalf of the owner Gianrico. Kindly ask you to indicate how many beds need to be prepared. For 2 guests, a double bed will be provided, or two single beds upon request in advance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The cost of cleaning increases by €15 based on the number of guests. For 2 people a double bed will be prepared. Extra linens (upon request): $12 single set €20 double set 🕒 Check-in and Self Check-in Standard check in: Guests can check in for free through Self Check-in between 3pm and 12am. Upon arrival at the property, a video call will be made for the recognition of visu, mandatory according to the new Italian safety regulations. HOUSE RULES: • Before arrival, all guests are required to send a copy of their ID or passport. • respect the municipal rules on the recycling of waste and do not leave residual waste in the fridge or in the bins upon departure, guests are asked to bring the residual waste to the ecological island of Muravera (the failure to provide the garbage left at the ecological island will result in a penalty of €50.00 that will be deducted from the security deposit) • leave kitchen equipment clean upon departure • make use of the systems and toilets and kitchen responsibly • The guest must provide us with the exact time of arrival at the property and provide the flight number (if applicable). • Upon arrival, the guest will receive a rental contract that must be signed and returned to the property at check-in.
